1. Quality policy 
Quality task of EVE Ernst Vetter GmbH is the development and manufacturing of Rotary grinding- and polishing instruments. Therefore we consider the following matters to be our task (random order):  

1.1 Highest professional competence in technical and scientific tasks 

  • Production and consulting, following state-of-the-art technology 
  • Including scientific- and empirical studies, as well as own technical expertise into product development 
  • Achieving best results through a well trained team of skilled employees 

1.2 Keeping delivery schedules 

  • Keeping delivery schedules promised orally or in written to customers, as well as in-house deadlines 

1.3 Doing research and development and implementing new findings

  • Elaboration of new fundamentals and techniques, which consequently increase efficiency and quality 
  • Application, planning and implementation of research concepts with an appropriate scientific basis 

1.4 Customer oriented handling  

  • Always taking the end-user into consideration  
  • After sale customer support through trainings, seminars and further education 

1.5 Compliance with legal principles  

  • All processes to be based on engineering standards and regulations
  • All processes need to comply with applied law and legal regulations
